Network hashrate 973 EH/s ·

How realistic this is

One bitcoin a month sounds like a round number and is not one: at today's network size it takes a hall, not a cellar. Set the target to a hundred euro once and to a thousand once, and you see where the line between hobby and business runs.

The connection is what fails first, not the money. An ordinary flat takes around 3,500 watts on one circuit. Anything above that means a dedicated circuit, three-phase power, or a new supply from the grid operator, and that is a matter of weeks and four-figure sums.

What the numbers do not say

The sum holds for today. Network difficulty rises over the long run, so the same hashrate earns less of its own accord. Anyone planning for a fixed monthly figure therefore has to keep buying just to stand still. On top come cooling, connection, downtime and maintenance, none of which are here. Treat the figure as a floor, not a plan.

If you do not like the numbers, you are not alone: at household prices almost none of these machines pay off in central Europe. If you still want to understand how mining works economically, you can play it through in the Coinovo app, with the same models and the same formulas, but without hardware and without a power bill.
