The M66S is a water-cooled machine at 18.5 J/TH, which is efficiency on the level of cheap air-cooled units combined with the effort of building a loop. That is an unhappy combination: anyone building a loop usually wants the efficiency that justifies it. It becomes interesting mainly second-hand, or where density per rack slot is what counts.
